FAQs

What is the Green Building Initiative?

The Green Building Initiative is a program designed to help corporates and building owners enhance their building efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve sustainability by implementing innovative technologies from startups. It is aligned with global and local climate commitments, supporting businesses in achieving their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.

How much cost savings can we expect by participating in the Green Building Initiative?

Participants are expected to see reductions in energy bills and operational costs due to the implementation of energy-efficient technologies and sustainable building practices. The specific amount of savings will depend on these solutions implemented together with the startups you’re going to be matched with.

How can we get started with the Green Building Initiative?

Simply register through the form on our website to begin the process. After registration, our team will conduct an introduction call, discuss our ways of working, and develop a customized plan to help you achieve them.

Is there a deadline for registration?

Due to limited slots, we recommend signing up early to secure a spot in the upcoming implementation cycle. Once slots are filled, there may be a waiting period due to high demand.

What is POC and how does it work?

POC stands for Proof of Concept. It is a process used to assess the feasibility of a project, or technology before fully committing resources to its development. This is typically done by creating a small-scale model or prototype. A POC is particularly valuable in minimizing risks and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively before proceeding with large-scale investments.

The POC phase generally takes around three months, depending on the complexity of the solution. During this period, regular monitoring and evaluation are conducted to track progress. At the end of the POC phase, a comprehensive assessment is performed to determine the viability of full implementation.
